Day of Tournament Events Thursday, April 17, 2025

 

Traveling from Hyatt Regency Hotel:

​

• Meet in the lobby of the hotel at 6:00am leave by 6:15am to head to Heritage Links Golf - (take 30 minutes in traffic)

• Arrive at Heritage Golf by 6:45am and have breakfast available in lobby for golfers

• Golfers begin to get ready for tournament - registration, practice swings, club rentals, etc. from 7:30am - 8:15am 

• Shotgun start time at 8:30am - it takes approximately 4 hours

• Complete tournament and come back to clubhouse for BBQ buffet lunch and tournament winners

• Board bus to return to hotel around 2pm

• Arrive at hotel around 2:30pm
